Arnor AI

Arnor AI builds custom AI workflows for assisted living operators.

We started because operators kept telling us the same thing: their teams were spending hours every week on the same documentation, billing, and compliance work — and the load grew with every new community, faster than headcount could. Every site did things slightly differently. Hiring an AI engineer to help wasn't realistic for a three-community operator. Off-the-shelf senior-living software either did too much (a full platform migration) or too little (a point tool that generated more work than it saved).

What we believe

Three ideas that shape every engagement.

AI is for the repetitive parts. Your team keeps the judgment.

The most valuable thing about a seasoned Executive Director isn't that they can type an incident report quickly — it's that they know when to call the family first, when to escalate, and when something feels off even if the paperwork is clean. We design systems around that. Where the process is well-defined, the work runs end-to-end without you. Where decisions need a human — clinical, regulatory, family-facing — your staff reviews and approves before anything leaves the building.

One workflow at a time.

The senior living operators we work with don't have bandwidth for a six-month top-down "AI transformation" program. Neither do we. We pick one workflow that's visibly eating your team's hours, prove the AI-assisted version at one community, and expand from there. If the first workflow doesn't earn its keep, the engagement ends after Phase 2 — not after a year.

The system gets better after launch, not before.

Our engagements are scoped like operations partnerships — the system at launch is the starting point, not the finish line. The period after launch is where the workflow gets sharpened by how your team actually uses it, where outputs need refinement, and what edge cases only show up in production.

How we're different

Two categories of alternative you're probably comparing us against.

Different from a SaaS product

Software vendors sell you a platform. You buy access, you roll it out, you train your team on it, and you fit it around how your operations already run. The product exists independently of your engagement with the vendor — it's the same product whether you use it or not.

Arnor isn't software. We build AI workflows customized to how your team actually runs, working alongside the systems you already have. You're paying us for the work, not for access to a product.

Different from most services engagements

Most consulting and agency engagements scope, build, and hand off. Once deployment is done, the engagement is done.

Arnor is built around the period after launch, not just the build. We stay on as your operations partner — keeping the system running, refining it based on how your team uses it, and training staff on the workflow as your team grows and changes.

Who we work with

Senior living operators running two or more communities.

Specifically, where the same documentation, billing, or compliance work is happening across every site. The work is strongest when:

  • Each new community adds admin work — but adding headcount to handle it isn't always realistic
  • You want to standardize operations without forcing staff onto a new platform
  • You're willing to start with one workflow rather than a full transformation

Let's talk

If this sounds like the kind of partnership your team needs, let's talk.

Thirty minutes. We'll walk through one workflow that's eating your team's time and what a pilot could look like.
